Waited a week to get my appointment scheduled into their availability, then was told 3 working days to fix. Dropped car off on Wed afternoon, it only got into the spray booth the following Tuesday. Wasn't ready until Wed at close of day. I would have kept my car until Tuesday had I known that it wouldn't be fixed until then. Disappointed with timeline. Satisfied with the look of the fixed scratches.

mounting in channel rain deflectors on the outside of the cars door ruins paint jobs! thats why i bought in channel rain deflectors. they MUST be removed and the paint on the door frame be made good.
i will be in contact as soon as you are open on 10/17/14 to make a plan to remove them.
putting unpainted headlight trim rings on when asked not to install and only paints somewhat less offensive .
