I've always been satisfied with the quality of the repair work you do. This time I was not notified when the work was complete. There also was miscommunication on the part of my insurance company which caused me to have a rental car for longer than it took to repair my car and the insurance company will only pay for the days it took to repair my car, leaving me to pay for the extra days.

Are you kidding me?! I turned in a car with a dent and loss of paint. But what I got back was a new car. It is beautiful. The paint has blue metallic flecks within a black background, surely there must be clues that the trunk was repainted. Nope, like from the factory. These guys are good, really good. My hat is off to the guys at Schoonover they are experts at what they do. Thank you for a really good job. And thank you to Tom Nolan for overseeing that I had a good experience. From the beginning Tom took the time to listen to my story. He then checked out the car pointing out things I didn't see. He then had his experts look at it and make recommendations. Went over all aspects as well as possible problems and what would be done if they arose. As the job proceeded I received regular updates via email as well as when I could expect my car to be done. Worry free, everything addressed before I asked. They handled everything for my insurance too. Thank you again guys.

Overall the person that I worked with was friendly. Due to the circumstances with pick up wasn't really able to inspect the car wheni left because I was waiting after hours to pick up due to the fact that my car was taken offsite to do an oil change even though I was told all work had been completed. In addition, car had not been vacuumed at all and there was some type odebris in trunk area. Not sure if that came from bumper repair. I also see now that a RECON bumper was put on my car instead of OEM which I thought was going to be used since I purchased this vehicle Certified Used in November 2014 and its a 2011 Camry there are OEM parts available which would in my opinion bring it back to preaccident condition. I was involved in an accident where the other person was at fault so I was very surprised to see that a reconditioned part had been used. I was equally surprised that my car was taken offsite to a 3rd party for an oil change without knowing it until I arrived to pick it up and was told that it wasn't there. I understand that there were circumstances surrounding the reason but it still bothered me for liability reasons should something had happened or if oil is leaking then I will have to deal with q third party that I didn't authorize to do the work. eall

Schoonover's work on our vehicles has always been exemplary. This time they outdid themselves. The car was done days earlier than expected and allowed us to has it back for the Memorial Day holiday. A wonderful Friday afternoon surprise!!!!

Great communication as the car was being fixed. The text messages with the updates were very helpful. The repair was done ahead of schedule also. Great employees, customer service. Will not take any body repairs to anyone but Schoonovers, the car looks great!!
