We were so pleased with not only the work itself, but also with the communication/updates and effort to get the work done ahead of schedule since we needed to use a transport service for my husband (who is in a wheelchair & on dialysis) while our van was in the shop. Thank you, too, for providing a ride home for me when I brought the van in for repair & enabling me to pick up the van after hours! We are grateful to all involved in the process!

I am very impressed with the service I received. I really liked the updates sent to my cell phone because I always knew what was going on. I would like to recognize Tom Nolan. He made this whole repair easy. He dealt with my insurance company, arranged a rental car, kept me informed and overall made the experience a pleasant one. I would also like to recognize your receptionist. I do believe that young lady has four hands. She is knowledgeable, fast at her work and pleasant.
