Niki(spelling?) and Bill, killed it today!! I called with a auto emergency (aren’t they all?). Niki offered the first available appointment the following afternoon, but I needed a faster fix. I reluctantly tried a couple other shops before calling back to book That slot. My story and urgency was obviously received when Niki went out of her way to ask Bill if he had time to take a quick look so we knew what we were dealing with. Bill was kind enough to oblige.
Turns out a squirrel was lodged in my serpentine belt! Bill had never seen anything like it! Not only did they figure out it wasn’t the trucks fault, Bill fixed it the same afternoon!!
I am a field rep by profession. Having my vehicle for travel is imperative. This example of service speaks volumes. To say I am pleased is an understatement. Although I thanked Niki and Bill, please use this feedback to thank them again. I will continue to come back for future services.
