My vehicle was left outside in the rain with no windsheild and now my dash is ruined and my whole front of truck was soaking wet. My CD player keeps going on with no disc. I liked receiving updates via text messages and when I asked a question there was no hesitation in providing an answer. After I picked up my CRV I noticed the CRV emblem had not put back on the back of my car but was on my front seat. I inquired about it and an apology was made and someone came out and put it on with a smile and no attitude which was nice. So far so good with the repair. Thank you.

When I got my car back, it was super clean, but I left it with nearly a full tank, and I got it on empty. It's not that bad though because my car's battery is screwing up and the cat won't start. According to the manager it had nothing to do with the accident so unless I get geico to prove it was accident related they won't fix it.
