Received text at 7pm Thursday that car was done. Called at 10am Friday because no one had called yet. Told it needed cleaned and final inspection. Called at 4pm to pick up by 5pm.

emailed numerous times saying car could be picked up,then right before that time would email the next day pick up or my husband would call before going and car not ready. 3 days went to 5 just say you will call when car is ready,not give 4 different times and say it is ready overall 2 on scale of 10!~ Bad!

Everything was great except how long it took. Went weeks over the original estimate and wasn't always update why things got extended 7 times. The insurance for the rental car ended up costing a fortune in comparison to how much it should have taken for the original estimate given.
Also spamming my phone with calls to do this review is extremely annoying.
