From start to finish the team members from Signature Collision were very polite, respectful, and diligent. The store manager Michael **** made quick and proper inspection of my vehicle, provided me with a rental vehicle, and all documents required in less than 10 minutes from appointment start. Mike Milne, the production manager, did a fantastic job in providing, replacing, and installing the rear bumper to my Dodge Ram in less than 3 days. Which I was quoted 4 days and was ecstatic to find that my vehicle was actually repaired on time and even early! While at the same time, Mike was a very genuine person who truly takes pride in what he does. While giving me his full attention to make sure he gives 100% customer satisfaction, which he did and then some!

I am not at all happy with the repair of my car. The part that was repaired does not match the rest of my cars paint. It is obvious that the car has been painted. I was given my car back outside in the rain And was not really able to look at the repairs that had been done until I got home. I will bring the car back to the shop tomorrow. I am heart broken.

Was suppose to be ready Tuesday I received no call that it wasn't ready. I had to call to find out it might now be ready and they would call me which they did not. Had to call back today and was told still not done but almost. When I pick up my car all repairs my husband was told would be done was not the. I was told that was not what he was told. Terrible experience
