The vehicle was completed in the timeframe promised; it was washed and clean when I picked it up; the staff is very friendly; we were able to pick up the vehicle even though we did not have the insurance check; we just could not be happier with the work that was done and the fair and friendly way we were treated. The rear bumper guard/cover where it connects to the rear quarter panel is not flush - there is an overlap of ****/8 to ****/4 inch. I looked at the opposite side of the vehicle and it does not match.

Bopp Collision went above and beyond my expectations. All the personnel I dealt with made every effort to assist me with the needed repairs. My work was not an insurance job so I was paying for the work myself and I feel the work they performed was well worth the cost, a great value.
