In looking over the repairs, I noticed that the stone guard hadn't been applied to the door. When asking about it I was told that the guard wasn't applied correctly so another one had to be ordered. If that was the case why was I told that my repairs were complete and that I could pick up my SUV? Do you have quality assurance to ensure all repairs are done completely and correctly before the customer is contacted? It was an inconvenience to bring my SUV in again (35 miles round trip) to have the door guard applied.

As always, I am impressed with the quality customer service that we have received from the first time we came to look at cars at the dealership. Each and every interaction with the staff has been top notch. I'm proud to say my vehicle came from McLaughlin's! I didn't have a rental lined up and the receptionist set that up while I waited, and Rod, the adjustor kept me informed of the repairs and called to let me know that my vehicle was finished and ready to pick up. Only thing better would be to have your business in Galesburg - local dealerships could learn a lot from you!!!
