I feel that consumer is not respected in the process. I was told 17 days for repair. I dropped off my mini van on 5/5 and picked it up on 6/9. I understand that once my van was dissembled other things could be found, but I don't understand why every week was called with delays, because of new issues found. I feel it's a game between you and my insurance company. I also can't believe in 2015 that I can't call the body shop and get an update on my van. Crazy!! I see your commercials all the time on the tv. The Arrigo brothers talk about its all about the people. Saying it is one thing and doing it is another. I am a detractor and like all detractors I am sharing my story with anyone that listens.
