I hit a deer with my vehicle it had blood all over it hood,windshield and door and they finish and return my vehicle to me with the blood still on the vehicle. They didn’t wash my vehicle or clean it out I asked before they started fixing my vehicle are you gonna clean my vehicle up ? They said yes and when they called me and said that my vehicle was ready I asked again was my vehicle wash and clean they said yes just to find out all of that was a lie.
