The mechanic shop, which Committed Collision works with, missed hearing an obvious back-end noise and damaged lugnuts they worked on. The auto body shop seems to be more thorough and detail-oriented than the mechanic shop they are connected with. My car looks great but drove away from the shop mechanically problematic and I, literally, couldn't get a wrench on the damaged lugnuts. I truly hope this can be all worked out.
