It was so painless. Both front office staff (i.e., estimator) and back office staff (i.e., mechanics) did an excellent job of taking care of my vehicle. Before leaving my vehicle to GP1, I stopped by a different service center to obtain a repair estimate where I received a we-are-too-good-for-you response. However, your estimator did an excellent job of describing the overall process, warranty info, repair components, and interaction with insurance companies. Great job!
