Julia was awesome. She made sure all issues were taken care of and she help me with notpaying the deductible due to error on insurance company The whole team was great. They made sure they walked the before the repair to assure all issues could be fixed and I was made aware of the whole process. Julia contacted enterprise car rental before and after to make sure I was picked up and the vehicle is taken care of. Julia also walked the vehicle when I picked it up to make sure I knew about the warranty and visually inspect the vehicle to my satisfaction. The whole team was amazing highly recommend it!
