Every time I talked to a staff member they were completely professional. There was an issue with the finish date but when I mentioned I was going out of town for two weeks and needed my truck on the original completion date, Kristi did not hesitate to say ok and get the job done by the original date. When I picked the truck up Katie was outstanding showing me what was fixed and going over everything with me before leaving by. The text messaging system is awesome. I loved getting updates on the progress.
