I was impressed with the quality of the work on my car. It was done a day before expected. The service I got from day one was excellent. Staff was friendly and professional. The wait to get car serviced could have been better but I blame COVID for that. Getting to car rental was a plus because I did not have to look around for a ride to car rental place and my driver was so pleasant. He actually held a conversation with me and not having to go take car back was a even bigger plus. I would recommend Lithia's Body and Paint any day. MUCHAS GRACIAS!!!

The repair looks great but I was told my vehicle was washed afterwards and it was still dirty. Plus who ever got into my vehicle last left white powder and shoe prints all over the floor, door jam and powder on my seat.

Over two months seemed like a bit too long compared to other companies we have used previously

I brought my Jeep in for an estimate and it was returned after consultant Scott **** closed the case and said there was no damage. The tire carrier gate attached to my bumper would not open (it used to before the accident) I took my jeep home and removed my bumper myself a couple of weeks later to try and determine why gate would not open and found there was damage to the frame the bumper is attached to. There was also damage to the rear gate of my jeep. It had obvious damage. I returned my Jeep to Lithia for them to look at and got and adjusted estimate and an appointment in January to start work. I brought my Jeep in on Jan 13th and it was returned on the 27th without a bumper at all. When Scott returned my adjusted estimate he stated "They are the only 2 OEM options for a 1993 Jeep Wrangler. So for the bumper I estimated $100.00 for a fabricated bumper, but if costs more we can adjust it. As I said though, I do not know of any outfit that makes them." I have never gotten a reply from Scott Tammy Peterson was helping me because my license plate was missing and the obvious missing bumper and tire carrier and she said that Scott was going to contact me about the bumper and I still have never heard from Scott. Tammy has been Great and the body work looks great.

The work done was great. The fact that my vehicle was with you for over a week before the work actually started is crazy.
