Hi, I checked "NO" for only one reason. The repair of my car was great, BUT the cleaning agent you use on the car's interior was toxic and strong-smelling, and it stayed at a high level for 10 days, despite leaving the windows open all day. My wife refused to get in the car, it was so bad. Surely, there is another less obnoxious cleaning agent. Thanks! ~Jim G

Not only does the bed panel that was repaired have a bigger gap and doesn’t match the other side ,the techs got greasy finger marks and hand marks all over the brand new grey interior and then the manager tried to down play the situation like it wasn’t a big deal . Very dissapointing!!!!

The actual work was done well, as always. The communication between Lithia and Liberty Mutual, as well as between Lithia and me, was very disappointing. I think your staff assumed that things were being done and I wasn’t kept up on the status. I was upset only because I had to pay for 4 days of a rental car while my car sat in your shop waiting for authorization that I had been told repeatedly by Liberty and by your staff had been given. I had to push to get the communication cleared up so that the work could actually begin. Thankfully you pushed my car to the head of the list so I got it back when promised, in 2 days but obviously you didn’t need a week to get the work done.
