Repairs were made to return the car like it was before the damage. It was finished before the estimated time of repair.
Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Our car was repaired to drivable condition, only part not put on was a emblem. We were told the emblem woukd be in the the next day and car ready for pick up. It ended being 4 days and we ended owing more for our rental then insurance would cover. Ended up costing is out of pocket and we had to tell them to give our car back. Emblem was not installed until after. if you let us get our car back when it was ready to drive and we could of brought it back in for the emblem when it arrived. Would not of cost us money we did not have.

For whatever reason the interior lights were left on in the van. This caused the battery to run down and rather than tracking down why the van was returned to me. I dropped it off for my wife and the van started so I was unsure what was going on. When my wife got off at 10:00PM and I had to go jump her we then discovered the lights were on. Once they were turned off that problem was solved. In addition the drivers seat belt was not reassembled right and it would not properly retract. My wife has to make an additional trip to your facility to get that fixed. It was quick and it was free and people were nice but it was an unnecessary 40 mile trip. I noticed when I was in your waiting room that there is a large sign in the shop that states something along the lines of, "the job isn't done until it is done right." Now you need your service techs to actually read the sign and take it to heart.
Other than that the actual repair seems to be fine. The sunroof works as new. Thank you.
There is no need for anyone to call. The problems have been resolved and now hopefully you are aware of them and can insure others don't have the same experience. There is nothing else that your company can do at this point.
