The body repair part I was completely satisfied with. The text at 7 am on a Sunday asking me to complete this survey didn't make me very happy however.

The blind spot monitor system was still not working after I left and they had said it was done. Appt was made at Toyota service next week. Also the car was still dusty/dirty inside. They apologized and recleaned inside car and windshield next day when I had to go back and tell them monitor camera wasn't working. The body repair, paint looks great.

After dealing with a frustrating experience in Klamath Falls at the Lithia body shop I approached Steve Medford about redoing the work that had been done and Klamath Falls at the Lithia body shop. During this process with Steve I had a hit and run on the driver side bed side of my pickup. After my conversations was Steve I figured I would give Medford body shop a chance to fix the bedside also. I am so glad I made the decision I did.
