I had asked for my other/foggy headlight to be replaced during the repair process and it was not.
It was discussed with the staff. I’m confident that it will be taken care of to my satisfaction.
It’s all good, we’re human and make mistakes. No harm, no foul.

I did find a few of the forms were worded in ways that did not accurately meet my needs, though I understand that they are just standard forms. I was disappointed to find that my car did not start when I went to pick it up because the lights had accidentally been left on and so my battery was dead. Tami was super helpful in resolving both issues and if it hadn't been for those few things, I would have checked yes right away. Thanks again for the otherwise great work!
