You kept my truck for almost a week. Removed a window that was leaking to replace it with a newer one, then on 'accident' reinstalled the bad window. This making the window leak twice as bad. I was offered no solutions that would adequately cover my time lost in waiting for the truck, the hassle, not to mention the broken bug guard and the further worsening of the window problem. I believe more could have been done to ensure I was satisfied as a long standing customer. Disappointing.

The loaner car was a bit old and seemed almost unsafe. Otherwise ken and staff were amazing!! Would definitely reccommend kens. And use them again. But hope we do t have to. Excellent service!!!
