Paz is very welcoming and super nice. Rick really took the time to explain everything. He kept me updated daily. When I came to pick up my car, once again Rick was there to go over the repairs and my aftercare instructions. I'm disabled and had extra questions and and am very slow. Rick was very patient with me and answered. Everything he did he did as a gentleman. They were great and made me feel like I was part of their family. I'm very happy.

I've already let my rep know what the problem was. As 'in touch' as your shop is, I was told three different finish times within a weeks period and received two phone calls. Your shop knew I had to get a rental car, but I didn't get a call on Friday to let me know my car was finished. I had to eat 3 extra rental days because by the time I got an email at 6:47, it was impossible to pick up my car before the weekend and I have to get to work before either Cooks or Enterprise is open. Thanks. I think I would have rather received a more accurate repair estimate than some BS story, or at least pick up the additional cost to me, since the insurance company picked up the additional damage you weren't able to detect by looking at the car the first time. You guys get paid no matter what, so I guess it doesn't matter much to you, thanks for asking though.
