Paz does a great job of positive customer service. Todd did well at his job. I am delighted with the bumper repair job. I especially want to know who did the finish-up clean job inside the car, as that person or those persons deserve a special commendation from the supervisors of the whole establishment!! Really, look up who authorized & who did the FINAL CLEAN-UP of the inside of the car. Either give the person(s) a RAISE or give them a SPECIAL COMMENDATION note in their PERSONNEL FILE!!!
