Thon Saechao was professional and knowledgeable in his estimate of damages. He was quite patient and thorough in his explanations and kept me updated frequently on the progress of the repairs. He greatly eased my concerns when he told me the damages were not as bad as expected. As a result, I got my car back sooner than expected. I was very happy!
Amber was an angel helping me through the accident process. She verified with CHP that I did not need to file a report with them and held my hand through the car rental process. She was in direct contact with the car rental manager to ensure that I got a car that fit me, was clean, and felt safe driving. She was so kind, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. Amber was trustworthy! I felt safe and no longer lost in the process. She took care of all the paperwork so I did not have to do anything. Amber made everything work for me. May God bless Amber in many ways!
