First of all I felt the service was exceptional. Secondly the bodywork appears to be flawless. However there was a lack of communication between your Canoga Park in Westlake office we had ordered replacement of windshield glass all approved by my insurance company. And that never happened. you have the car for approximately one month, this should not of been missed. And I've never had car repairs take so long before.

I was charged for things that were not done. I have contacted both my insurance agent as well as my Cook's rep and was requesting to f/u with manager to find out what I need to do. No response from insurance agent and just an email from your rep with an invoice attached from the Tireman. I already know that I was charged for tires but I did not receive them. The tires on my car are worn more than the one's that got damaged.
