No quality control. Took a week longer than was told. When picking up my cad air conditioner did not work and after recharging the air as I drove off lost power. The car had to go to the local Porshe dealership to fix. 2 days there.
My time is. Also very valuable. The $500 deductible that I paid cook should be refunded.
I did make a formal complaint with USAA

The paint job is horrible. It does not match at all. And tt doesn’t have nearly the Pearl look that the original has. I’ve left a message for my Geico rep and I will also be calling you. On top of that I forgot my phone charger in the rental and asked your representatives to find it. I was told by two different girls that the car did not have the charger in there to which I told them then somebody else was in the car and took it out. I was told nobody had been in the car. Turns out someone had taken it out of the car. I did not receive an apology for the confusion,instead an excuse that they hadn’t checked with Chris I believe it was. It was definitely my mistake for leaving it in there. But I was definitely given attitude. I was also told I was lucky the car was still there.
