Juan was awesome. The clerks at the front counter were unwilling to contact my insurance company to document the amounts myself and the insurance company would. It seemed unnecessary for Juan to do that had the clerks taken care of that when I asked them to contact Usaa. Other than that the repair experience was outstanding. Really appreciated the regular updates during the repair process.
