Two issues **** the timing and communication on when my car would be repaired. Really bad communication 2. More importantly, how you handled the claim and how you submitted the claims to Allied Insurace. You charged me ****-2 thousand more personally than it should have

The only thing I would say is there could be more updates, the repair lasted 3-4 weeks and I had updates in the first couple of days but then had to call in after 2-3 weeks to check progress

I would like to specially thank Mellisa who thoroughly examined every thing so that the car came out really nice. I also would like to thank Ali for his attention to details.

I already wrote a long email about the fact that first girl who assessed my car at the beginning said that there were many scratches on my bumper implying that I was trying to get everything fixed when all I wanted was the damage fixed from the person who hit me and that this was an 11 year old car and therefore had lots of scratches. Then the second girl came out with a picture of my car from the year before (I had been hit from the front side) showing the scratches that had been on there. I said to her, as I said to the first girl, that it was an 11 year old car with lots of scratches and I just wanted them to look at the damage that had been caused by the person who hit me. I was not called with an estimate for 7 days so, I called them. When I called them, they said that I had many scratches that I had reported were caused by the accident. I told her that I had been very specific in that I knew there were scratches on my 11 year old car. She gave me a quote for fixing the whole area, including the damager caused by the accident. I agreed to pay that and the work was completed promptly . I continue to be appalled at the accusatory tone that I received from 3 of your assessors. I was very clear that I knew my car had scratches and was trying to get the damage fixed from the accident. I would suggest that you spend more time in training your assessors in how to approach customers. I will not recommend Cooks Collision because of this experience.

Tony was great in making things efficient. And huge kudos to Kristine at the front desk who I believe is the true liason in making everyone feel so good at cooks. She deserves kudos/raise/promotion...you are lucky to have her!!

The employees at Cooks Collision are always friendly and provide excellent customer service. I really like dealing with Karen because she knows me and understands what I'm going through. (i.e. I've been in a few fender benders the last month). She's very understanding and knowledgeable. She is someone I can trust.
