Half of my car was fully repainted and looks great. When I noticed my bumper wasn't snapped back in all the way, I let them know and they took care of it within 5 mins. Looks great!

I thought the repair looked great. I was informed every step of the way. Although I would have liked to have the repairs done in a week, Cook's never promised that would happen. I like the fact that my realignment was addressed and the car does drive better now. One minor detail though...my clock was not reset when battery was reconnected. :( Overall though - good job! Now if you could only get the other driver's insurance company to accept the fault...
