The staff was efficient and courteous when we brought the car for the repairs. Ali Ghezavat was assigned advisor. He did an excellent job in assessing the type of work that would be needed and answered all questions professionally. Cook's Collision later emailed that some brackets behind the fender also needed replacing with an increase in total repair cost, which was approved by the insurance company. Ali called a day before the anticipated completion date, stating that the work was completed. Car was picked up, it looks great. Please convey our satisfaction with the job and the company courtesy to Ali Ghezavat, and the lady at the reception desk.
