My original estimator missed the damage on the passenger door and the lower body of the car causing me to have to bring car back for further repair. This is an undue unconvinced. She also never communicated with me regarding progress. Never heard from her again. In fact another estimator had to take up her slack. The random text updating my repair were totally random and had no correlation to the actual repair schedule.
