There was great communication up until Thursday afternoon when Orlando sent me an email saying needed my permission to replace the headlamp and I said yes and the next morning I said I couldn't drive that day to get the car but maybe they could deliver the car and someone could return the Rent-A-Car for me and after that I never heard anything and I sent two emails on Tuesdayday and never heard back turns out Orlando was gone but haven't said anything to me...no one ever told me the car was ready to be picked up or that I could've had it delivered Friday and you would return the rental car for me.
