My partner and I were pleased with Service King’s work and service to my 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium. I had to bring my vehicle to get my bumper repaired after an uninsured driver backed into my vehicle. After filing a claim through my uninsured motorist policy, service king worked directly with my insurance agency for a seamless payment and repair process. Not only was our Service representative Gavin terrific about answering any questions we had in a thorough manner, we always appreciated Service King’s text message updates concerning the status of my vehicle so that my partner and I were able to plan our schedules around getting my vehicle back. When I got my vehicle back, not only did the repairs make my car look like it had just arrived from the show room floor at a car dealership, the service king team washed and detailed my vehicle so that it felt like a brand new car. I I have an auto immune and a spine disease that leave me with a little energy and completely exhausted at the end of the day. Sadly, that means detailing and wasting my car get pushed to the bottom of the priority list when triaging my “to-do” list every day. So, I greatly appreciate the extra customer care the Service King staff provided my car. As well, I feel confident the staff provided quality repairs the first time since they gave me a lifetime guarantee on the repairs with their service warranty. If I ever have need for vehicle repairs again, I definitely will be taking my car to Service King in the future. I truly appreciate Gavin and the rest of the staff at the shop in The Colony, Texas. This location is a credit to our community.
