I wish there was better communication with the timeliness/status of the car. Don't tell me 5-7 days when in reality it took nearly 3 weeks. If there were issues, an email or voicemail stating such would have been much appreciated.

The communication throughout the whole process was excellent as I received text messages throughout the duration of time my car was in your care. One thing I wasn't completely satisfied with though, was communication with the rental car company but I believe this has to do with the insurance company and not Cook's Collision.

I had to take the car in 3 times, because of
serious paint flaws. I still have an issue and
left a message with the manager, and have not heard
back from her(it's been 5 business days). The MGR
does not return her calls... we eventually went
through the area MGR who was exellent!
