I had to return the car for a plastic cover that came loose under the front bumper when I was driving at 60 miles per hour on the highway. I also hear a noise coming from the right front door panel from a loose screw or part in the door panel.

Michael was good to work with and my front and rear new bumpers look good. My only complaint was the time it took to get me in (I think 2-3 weeks). Your shop is "too busy." Good for you not but so good for customers who don't like to drive around with dented body work!

Was given an estimate time of 4 days and then was notified that there was more damage so the turn around time was made longer which is fine. That wasn't the issue. The issue was being told the car was done and then at time of pick up noticed that there was a area near the damage wasn't painted when should of been painted. Things like that shouldn't happen especially something so small was over looked. I rather it be done correctly with no flaws then to be rushed out and not done right. I take pride in the car and it's gonna be in shows this car season so having to leave it again to be painted right wasn't really that pleasing. But the customer service itself is great and everyone is nice!

I think Cooks Collision did a great job but there was just one detail with the repair that I am still waiting to get fixed. Upon final inspection I noticed that my door isn't lining up correctly with the back portion of my car. Not sure if that makes sense. Technician said he would call to follow up to get that fixed, just waiting for the follow up. I do want to say that from the moment I dropped off my car I had a pleasant experience from dealing with Sony and the woman who worked at the front desk.

There was also a lot of residue of something (not sure what) on inside window and passenger side door that was not there previously that I will be trying to clean off today. NOrmally I am happy with the state of my car on return, but it seems like the final touches were not applied this time.
