I am impressed with the organization involved in getting my vehicle repaired. Very efficient staff members. The employees I met are friendly and thorough. The updates on the status of repairs was appreciated and the car was ready at the time anticipated. The ease of picking up and dropping off the rental car is greatly appreciated also. I will recommend Cooks Collision to other people!

My car looks beautiful, not just the repair area but tires and entire car was cleaned. My only complaint is that it took 9 days to complete. I was told via email that the delivery date would be March 29th and that I would be contacted if there were delays. I was not contacted and had to call Tuesday at 4:45 and was told it wasn’t ready but should be ready the next day which it wasn’t. I again called on Wednesday and was told it wasn’t ready and I would get it Thursday the 31st. I finally got the car back on the 31st.
