My experience with Cooks Collision was excellent from start to finish!
I was greeted promptly and warmly at the front desk when dropping my car off. I had a last minute change and needed a rental car. Cooks called both the insurance company of the responsible party and Enterprise Car Rental, and had me picked up in less than 10 minutes!
The work on my car was done exactly as stated in the estimate, and I was given updates on when I could expect my car to be ready.
My car was ready by the day and time I had been told. When I picked up my car, all of the paperwork I signed was clearly explained to me. My car had been washed and the repairs were beautiful!
I will highly recommend Cooks Collision to anyone. The customer Service in all areas is stellar! Cooks Collision made a not so pleasant situation much more pleasant!

Did a great job - car looks like new - and they completed the repair earlier than expected.
Just double check that trim and panels are symmetrical. I just had one place where my trim wasn't tucked in correctly. Otherwise, the job was very clean! Good Work!
