Daily communication was most impressive (even if through an automated system). How wonderful to have my rental car returned for me when I was pressed for time. All staff were friendly and courteous. Maha's reports focused on key details without requiring a lot of my time. I particularly appreciated the willingness of Ms. Ross at the front desk to send all documents electronically rather than in hard-copy. The request required a more complex process on her part, but she seemed genuinely happy to help.
