I didn't like dropping the car off and not having parts ordered for 3 more days. Seems like I was unnecessarily inconvenienced. Also, auto updates were nice but not informing; tell me when the car will be ready for pick up not that a part arrived. Service people were fine.

I like the intake, Robin is so fast in scheduling me. Then Victor Lee is awesome, he made is very seamless for me, from the drop off to the shuttle then , he follow up the progress and he returns my calls. the pick up he was great! victor waited and arranged to received my rental, that was very convenient and the pick up,of my vehicle was very easy.
