Parts were difficult to obtain for my Mini, which stretched out the repair period. I think this delay was largely unavoidable. One exception, I think, was a missing sensor at the very end of the repair process; this seems to be a mistake either by Cook's or Niello or both.
Taylor was mostly very good to work with. On a couple of occasions, though, I asked him to call me for a status update and he did not. In his defense, I was probably more of a "nervous Nellie" the most of your customers.

Talor Davis was a great pleasure to work with, he made sure I knew all details and always kept me updated with price changes and parts that needed repairs, replacements, and what needed to be removed and re-installed.
