We could not be more pleased. Very fast, very courteous, very professional. Top not repairmen. Communication about repair status outstanding. I was just wowed. They even have a relationship with rental agency. I left my rental and Cooks arranged it t have it picked up. Louis Morales was terrific. Minerva was a delight. Their facilities are very comfortable, clean. Coffee etc is available.

My windows won't open since repair. Car still drives rough and when brights are turned on, the lights go out completely. When I asked how much it would cost to have the car the same color, i was told $8-10,000! dollars. Really a 2002 Honda??? Very nice, polite people working there, beginning with the young woman at the front desk.

Not only was the dent fixed and it looked good as new but they washed and dried the outside of my car and thoroughly cleaned the inside and it smelled so good!!! I felt as if I was driving off the lot in a brand new car!! Thank you Cooks!!
