I am satisfied with my experience at Cooks Collision. However, my trunk does not close as smoothly as it did before my April 5 accident. I have to be a little more firm with my trunk when I close it. I am hopeful that they can take a look at the trunk when I go back for my Touch of Class coating job in May.
The overall service from the team was excellent!

I had issues scheduling a time for the repair. Person that answeres the phone has poor customer service skills, was very inflexible and actually rude. I thought it may be me but saw her treat another customer rudely.
