The receptionist at your business was rude. To me and I witnessed her attacking a potential New hire that is the daughter in law of another worker at another facility. She called around the block and mocked the poor girl to the office manager there calling her stupid. Not nice to hear. I honestly because of her hope I never have to use your business again and have been vocal to farmers insurance about it. My repair was nice and the gentleman Robert was great. Her attitude could really ruin business and customer service.
