They rescheduled 4 times for my pick up date... they didnt tell me until **** day before I was supposed to pick it up or the same day of the pick up. Also when I went in I saw the sign said they do details with their services , my car was a mess nothing was vacuumed or picked up and they had left a huge rusted bolt on my floor back where my kids sit. I was very unsatisfied with the amount of time it took to get my jeep back and the way we had to call about every day to check to see if it would be done .

The professional way I was treated by every employee I interacted with was wonderful. I was impressrd with the way my repairs were handled. I dif not know we had such a great repair shop in our area. First thing they did was wash my car and inspect for any damage such as scratches,small dents, etc. And did a walk around with me. Car was washed when I picked it up. Very pleased.

The service and the constant contact was greatly appreciated. This being my first time having to repair my truck like this, I was very nervous and skeptical of anyone touching it. It took a little longer than expected, but we can’t help Mother Nature. But even through that they kept in constant contact on how things were progressing. When I picked up my truck the outside was all nicely detailed as well. Great job guys, if I had money left over I would give ya a tip.
