3. no updates whatsoever after original delivery date passed
4. called the shop and no one there would provide no delivery date saying only someone who’s not in the shop knew and they would call back. they never did
5. customer called statefarm for help, who contacted the shop. car was ‘done’ the very next day

As usual the service and job were excellent and received our Honda back before originally scheduled.
I wish they could repaint just the door on my other car, a Toyota Rav 4, that has paint peeing due to manufacturer's defect. Toyota will not do anything. However, Cooks standards would not allow them to paint just the door, do to possible slight mis-match of the color. The total cost would have been prohibitive. I trust they would have done an excellent job on just the door and I would have not noticed any slight color shift.

The repairs to my Highlander were well done in a timely fashion. Bill Sweat communicated often and well. My Highlander was ready earlier than predicted. Cooks did a great job communicating with my insurance company (USAA). I’ve had 3 vehicles repaired at Cooks. I hope I never need to be a customer again (ha ha) but if misfortune returns, I’ll be back. My only negative comment is this. Whoever thought it was a great idea to spray an entire bottle of “air freshener” in my Highlander, tell him “Next time, DON’T!!” Or at least ask the owner first. Seriously, that stuff reeks. So you did a great job, just hold the air freshener next time.
