Seamless interaction between insurer and Cooks seen by me the customer. A very good interaction between Cooks and rental car company was also seen. Receptionist made my initial contact very stressless and definitely knew who I needed to interact with to make this experience so great. Johnny, my damage estimator and primary contact, was very knowledgeable and proactive. Communication was very good especially with the technicians. Front desk communications not as stellar but still good.
It seems that the staff is eager to please. They try to keep the promises they make as to when things will be done. They usually keep you informed as they know how things are going.
