Jared was awesome. He squeezed me in for an inspection appointment because I wasn't aware that I needed an appointment, was very knowledgeable about the whole process of accident protocols, and went above and beyond to drop my car off at my work and drive my rental away for me. I don't know the girl's name at the front desk but she was extremely sweet and patient, too. Excellent customer service all around. Car looks new,too!!

Once Geico took responsibility for accident you should have facilitated their payment, rather than continuing to have Farmers pay the claim. Now I have to wait 6-8 weeks to get my deductible back.
