Drop off car on Wednesday and received a car at 5pm on Friday stating that there doing the final touches to my car. I felt that I was been rush and they didn't take the time to do a good job .. sure enough I went to pick up my cat on Monday and I look over my car where the work was don't and the was was all rough and i told Aron to feel this bumper and he did . He agree that this was unacceptable job that was done on my bumper . So I had to there leave my car another day . Which it should have been done the right way to began with . I felt very rush and a job that was done unexpectable to my standards. Also as for returning my Car clean was a another issue. That I can deal with . But I don't think ever I will come back and do business with you . I do want to comment you your front staff Ashley is a-great person to have for your business . Always with a smile on her face willing and goes beyond to take care of your customers . I do appreciate are her efforts to make things right for your customers .

Shawni & Aaron are very professional with a positive attitude. The repair had to be re-done because of multiple imperfections because of dust under clear coat that caused viewable bumps so I had to come back two days longer. That is how it was explained to me even after it was "Quality Checked" before I came to pick it up the first time. My wife noticed a big dirt stain above the driver's side headliner also this morning (we bought this car new 8/16 and it was not there when we dropped it off to Cooks), she is livid and doesn't even want to have anything to do bringing it back to be cleaned. Over 100 yelp reviews is the reason I chose this Cooks location.
