I had to go back to Cooks at least 10 times for a simple mirror replacement. The process took forever, and there were many issues including ordering the wrong mirror (this happened twice), my trunk button on the left door not working, and my window up/down buttons popping out of the left side door as well. Those were issues directly related to Cooks attempting to fix my mirror. Horrible service, took way too long, and a crappy repair job in general. I will never go back, and will never recommend Cooks to anyone. In fact, I'd recommend that they find anywhere else to go for their repairs. Seriously, what a joke.
