Greater very kindly and professionally be all members of staff. Was explained what was to take place and even extended some scratch removal attempts onto non-related area of car (outstanding offer). Rental was taken back FOR me; one less thing I had to concern myself with. Only are of improvement was that I wasn't given an ETA for repairs, but other than that, everything was exceptionally handled. Many thanks!!

The work seems to be fine, but they forgot to replug my left tail lights. Didn't realize till that night I had no taillights, break lights or turn signal. Had to make a trip back the next day and even such a short distance can be dangerous if you can't signal your turns. Otherwise everything was fine, but that's kind of a big oversight.
